Lawyer   from   Universidad   La   Salle, A.C. (2000-2005), Masters in Public Administration from the Universidad Anahuac del Norte, A.C. (2007). He specializes in Administrative Law and Public Sector recruitment.

Professional Experience

In public sector, he was the Department Chief in the General Coordination of Consultants of the Sub Secretary of Income of the Ministry of Finance.

In the private sector, he worked in the law firm  Hamdan,  Manzanero  y  Asociados, S.C. in the constitutional litigation area (writ of amaparo, unconstitutionality actions and constitutional controversies) and administrative litigation (annulment trials), and in the law firm Basham, Ringe y Correa, S.C. where he was responsible of the administrative litigation area and public procurement.
