– Previous Experience

In the public sector (where he worked 30 years until 2000) he has occupied, among other possitions, the Director of Litigation, First Deputy Prosecutor of the Federation, Federal Deputy Prosecutor of Investigations, all these in the Tax Advocacy Agency of the Ministry of Finance, General Technical Director of International Negotiations of the Sub Secretary of Income of the Ministry of Finance, General Administrator of the Federal Tax Audit of the Tax Administration Service, Legal Director of the Ministry of Communication and Transport, General Director of Regulations of the National Banking and Securities Commission besides being external legal consultant in tax matter of the General Legal Direction of the Mexican Social Security Institute and external legal consultant of the General Direction of Inspection and Privileges of Political Parties of the Federal Electoral Institute.

In the private sector, he has been Legal Director of Farmacias Similares, S.A. de C.V. and Legal Director of Grupo Constructor VGI, S.A. de C.V.

– Acknowledgments and other activities

He has taught the course of fiscal procedural law for public servants in the Ministry of Finance and the training course for public officers on crime and power of verification in the Mexican Social Security Institute.

He has published several articles in national magazines and the books “Crimes in the Social Security Law” and “Manual of Procedures for the prosecution of crimes under the Social Security Law”.

Actually, he chairs the Fiscal Committee of the Confederation of Industrial Chambers of México (Concamin).
